DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

1. General information

This document defines the rules for delivery of orders and the procedure for returning goods purchased in the online store LABORATORY ANDRE ZAGOZDA.

2. Delivery area

Delivery of orders is carried out within Poland and to selected European Union countries available during the checkout process in the store.


3. Delivery methods

Orders are delivered via courier companies or other delivery methods available during the ordering process.

Available delivery methods may include in particular:

  • courier delivery
  • other delivery options available in the store


4. Delivery costs

The cost of delivery depends on the selected delivery method and the country of delivery.

The total delivery cost is always displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.


5. Order processing time

The order processing time includes the time required to prepare the order for shipment and the delivery time provided by the carrier.

The standard order processing time is usually between 2 and 7 business days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.


6. Receiving the shipment

Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer should check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier.

If any damage to the shipment is noticed, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the courier and contact the Seller as soon as possible.


7. Returns of goods

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Detailed rules regarding withdrawal from the agreement are specified in the Store Terms and Conditions.

The right of return does not apply in cases specified in the Store Terms and Conditions, in particular when:

  • the product packaging has been opened or tampered with
  • the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics


8. Return procedure

In order to make a return, the Customer should inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the agreement via e-mail.

The goods should then be sent back to the following address:

The goods should be returned no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the agreement.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.


9. Refunds

In the event of an effective withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller will refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest available delivery method offered in the store.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
